January 2020 General Meeting

We had 83 members and guest attend our meeting held on 31 January at the Redcliffe RSL. There were 14 apologies for the meeting. Our numbers are growing.

All subcommittee reports were presented to the meeting and accepted by all. We also celebrated both December and January members birthdays.

Our guest speaker for the day was: Fran Harding – the author of “The Accidental Australians”. Fran gave an interesting account of her time as a publican in Charleville in 1983 and at the Coronis Hotel in 1996. She then became a tour guide in Charleville.
