Visit to Watercress Creek Olives and Limes

On a sunny Autumn day, we left Redcliffe and headed to our destination near Ipswich. On arriving at Watercress Creek Olives and Limes we were directed to tables set up under the Olive Trees. Here we enjoyed a lovely morning tea with scones, jam and cream. They also gave us a tasting plate with bread, crackers, olives and lime jam and other delicious products made at the farm. All very nice. Our host told us about the history of the farm and how they use their olives and limes. We then headed to Bottletree Hotel at Glamorgan for a delicious lunch served with country hospitality. After lunch we had a good trip home arriving back about 4pm.
